• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg is counted as 1.0 odds

• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Operating an account using someone else's identity
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Hacking or technical manipulation of fswin's systems

9Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Fswin may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found
• Submitting false or incomplete documents during KYC verification
• In the event of a suspicious transaction or suspected fraudulent activity
• Under regulatory authority guidelines

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact fswin support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed. Any bonus balance remaining in a closed account will not be refunded.
